Should you change your mind you can return your (regularly priced) items up to 14 days after receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items purchased on sale are final sale. Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original package. Please contact us to let us know you will be returning the item before shipping it back.

Your refund will be processed within 5 days of receiving your return. The customer is liable for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed using your original method of payment. We recommend using a Tracked delivery method to ensure your items arrive.

Should your items arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange.  In this instance we will also refund the cost of returning the item to us.

We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee if the returned item is not in unworn, brand new condition and/or not enclosed in its full original packaging. Thank you for packaging the returned goods with care as we are not responsible for damages sustained during shipping.

Did you receive your item as a gift? Let's talk about an exchange. Provided that you contact me with 30 days of receiving your gift we can talk. Jewelry must be in the original packaging and show no obvious indications of wear, damage or misuse.
