2024 Adventure Time!!!
Yippee!!! I am heading off for an adventure, just not quite sure what this adventure will be.
To recap, my boat, the Flying Saucer was damaged in Hurricane Ian on September 28, 2022. The insurance claim is finally settled, the new mast was ordered and with lovely timing it arrived in the boatyard the day before we did! Now we just have to find someone to install it, make sure all the other bits get fixed and then we can head off. The destination this year is.... well this is where the unknown comes in. Hopefully we get to the Bahamas. I don't know.
Here are some things I do know. There will be sunshine. There will be power tools. There will be sundowners. There will be beaches, swimming, laughs and some fun thrown in because life is short and we should all have fun. I do plan on swimming a lot, one of my goals is to improve my front crawl, I have terrible form.
While I am off adventuring my website remains open and my lovely assistant Becky will be shipping orders for me. I will be in contact by email or text. Please take note, I will not be able to do any custom requests until I return, likely open for custom on June 1.
I do have a small selection of new work for you! You didn't think I'd leave you looking at the same things did you? I plan on dripping the new work out over the next couple of months. Most of the new items are one of a kind pieces so if you like it, don't hesitate!
