Day 26 - Monet bracelet

Long ago I made a series called Monet, inspired by my first visit to France and to Giverny, Monet's garden. Seeing Monet's work in person and then seeing his garden was absolutely life changing. I haven't made my Monet series in a long time and I am feeling called to make this again. (and perhaps to revisit Giverny).

Day 26 is a bit different because I made a mini collection and I don't have enough days to spin this out, so Day 26 I present 4 pieces from this collection.

My hands made this Monet bracelet. Each of the beads measures approximately 15mm x 15 mm. They are connected with sterling silver findings and the bracelet is finished with a beautifully elegant sterling silver toggle clasp. I made 2 sizes for this one, there is a SM which measures 7 1/4" and fits a small wrist. There is also a ML with 10 beads that measures approximately 8" and fits a medium/large wrist.

My hands made these beads. There is no paint on any of my beads, just glass upon glass upon glass. I use Effetre glass, a little CIM and occasionally Vetrofond. All my beads are kiln annealed, thoroughly cleaned and inspected.

Please remember the jewelry looks larger than life in the pictures which is why it is important to check the size. I have tried to capture the colours as accurately as possible but many monitors vary.
