Think of all the blues in the world, sky blue, turquoise, robins egg, ocean, lake blue, azure, the list is endless. When I sailed around the Bahamas I found every one of those blues in the waters there. I ran out of adjectives to describe the blues, I found those blues in glass.
My hands made this bahama blues bracelet. The beads vary in size from 14mm x 10 mm to 10mm x 17mm. The beads are separated with sterling silver findings and the bracelet closes with a sterling silver circle clasp. The bracelet measures approximately 7 3/4" and fits a medium size wrist.
My hands made these glass beads. I use Effetre glass, a little CIM and occasionally Vetrofond. There is no paint on any of my beads, just glass upon glass upon glass. All my beads are kiln annealed, thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
Please remember the jewelry looks larger than life in the pictures which is why it is important to check the size. I have tried to capture the colours as accurately as possible but many monitors vary.
