In between all the hustle and bustle of living your life sometimes it just slips past. Sometimes you need a reminder to focus on the present, to stop and breathe and to just be. This bracelet has 10 beads that you can use to anchor yourself in the present and to focus on the happy. Because what you think about, you bring about.

Each bead is a unique, one of a kind handmade glass bead because each moment of you is unique and one of a kind.

The 10 beads each measure approximately 9mm x 11mm. They are on an adjustable leather cord that has 2 sterling silver adjustable stoppers. The bracelet comes with a booklet showing how and when to use the bracelet and with worksheets for you to write down your 10 reminders be they affirmations, power words or 10 things you are grateful for.

Each bead is individually made by me! I use Effetre glass, a little CIM and occasionally Vetrofond. There is no paint on any of my beads, just glass upon glass upon glass. All my beads are kiln annealed so that they are durable, thoroughly cleaned and inspected.

Please remember the jewelry looks larger than life in the pictures which is why it is important to check the size. I have tried to capture the colours as accurately as possible but many monitors vary.
